First Lesson Plan

This is my very first lesson plan in the education program. This is important to me because it shows the progression I’ve made since first learning how to make lesson plans. For this lesson, we were essentially turned lose on our own without knowing the first thing about creating lesson plans and it is great to be able to look back and see the progress I’ve made.

 

Hibernation Lesson

This is a lesson I did on practicum in a kindergarten class. I loved this lesson for many reasons, but mainly because it allowed students to have fun and learn at the same time.

Friendship Lesson

This lesson looks at what it means to be a friend in the classroom and is lesson four from my Friendship unit taught at the start of September for my practicum class in grade 2/3.

Physical Changes Lesson

This was a great hands on lesson on physical changes that I completed with my grade 2/3 class during my certification practicum. Students loved the hands on experience of this lesson and took so much from it!

Visualizing in Writing Lesson

This is a lesson from my visualizing unit that allowed students to work on using describing words in their writing and think outside of the box to paint pictures with their words through their writing.
